Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide! Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. All orders will be tracked. 

What is the processing time for my order?

For pre-orders, there is a processing time of 10-12 days before your order is shipped. You will be notified when your order is dispatched.

What if I chose the pick-up option?
This is available for customers in Sydney. If you have selected this option, you will receive an email regarding where and how to pick up.

I haven't recieved my order. What should I do?

Postage delays are out of our control but we will do our best to assist you.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

As we work with pre-oders, we want to reduce overconsumption on our end, which means it is shipped specially for you! Therefore, we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges. However if you have received the wrong item or damaged item, please email us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order.

What do I do if my item is damaged/faulty?

Please email us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order and we will assist you from there.

How do I clean my bag?

We recommend using a microfibre cloth to brush off any dust. Do not use any harsh chemicals.
